SUMMARY:Cupcake War Competition in Fairfield Bay
DESCRIPTION:The Chamber is hosting a Cupcake War competition on Saturday\, May 28th from 9-10 am at the Hart Center in Fairfield Bay in conjunction with our Cupcakes and Characters Event for this same day. Each participant must provide 26 cupcakes to be judged. 24 of these cupcakes will be served to our guests and two will be shared with our judges. The winner of the cupcake wars will receive $50! This competition is open to all ages and there is no fee to enter. You will be judged on appearance\, taste and if you decorate your cupcakes to pair up with one of our characters you will receive extra points.  The characters will be Merida from Brave\, Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz\, The Grinch\, Cruella DeVille from 101 Dalmations\, Star wars\, Pocahontas\, Belle from Beauty and the Beast\, Spiderman\, Elsa from Frozen\, Cinderella\, and a surprise character TBA.  All proceeds from the event go to our local schools and non-profit organizations.  Cupcakes must be here no later than 9:00 am\, no exceptions\, in order to be judged. DESCRIPTION:The Fairfield Bay Chamber of Commerce invites you and your family to our event\, \nCupcakes and Characters \nOn Saturday\, May 28th \nFrom 10 am-Noon \nAt the Hart Center\, 134 Hillview Drive in Fairfield Bay \nThis is a free event and open to the public! \nCome enjoy a cupcake\, a water\, \nand have your picture taken with as many characters as you would like. \nAfter pictures enjoy a free swim at the Hart Centers pool from noon to 2:00 pm. \nThis is a Donation only event.  \nDonations will go towards projects at Shirley Elementary\, Westside Elementary\, Clinton Elementary\, the Fairfield Bay Animal Protection League\, The Van Buren County Literacy Council\, We Love VBC\, the Fairfield Bay Library\, and the Fairfield Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.
