DESCRIPTION:Veterans Appreciation Day set for Oct. 14\, 10:30 a.m.\, at Stone Bank Pavilion in Mountain View; Ceremony to Honor Stone County Veterans  \nThe Annual Stone Bank Veterans Appreciation Day event is set for Oct. 14 at Stone Bank at 802 E. Main St. in Mountain View.  \nThe ceremony will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will honor twelve Stone County Veterans with a presentation of flags flown over the U.S. Capitol\, facilitated by the office of Sen. John Boozman. Local musicians\, the Ozark Strangers will provide entertainment.  \nCongressman Rick Crawford is scheduled to be in attendance to present the flags. Crawford and Colonel (U.S. Army\, retired) Nathaniel “Nate” Todd\, State Cabinet Secretary for the Arkansas Department of Veteran Affairs\, will be featured speakers at the event.
