DESCRIPTION:The Five Star Brass\, a component of the 106th Army Band\, an Arkansas National Guard unit will be on the courthouse square to perform at the Makers Market downtown Heber Springs on Saturday\, June 5\, 2021.\nThe 106th is dedicated to providing music for military events and community events of various types. We have the standard military marching band\, a concert band\, a brass quintet\, a rock band\, a jazz band\, and a lounge band\, plus various small groups that we organize to meet the needs for individual performances. DESCRIPTION:Triple T is back!  We had to take a break last summer but we are back better than ever.  Totally Terrific Thursdays will happen every Thursday on the Tumbling Shoals Baptist Church playground from 10AM-12Noon beginning June 10 and continuing through July 8.  What is it you ask?  A fun\, free community program for kids 4 years up to finished 5th grade.  We meet at 10 AM for breakfast\, followed by games\, crafts\, and stories.  We end at noon with a brown bag lunch.
