DESCRIPTION:The Chamber is hosting a Cupcake War competition on Saturday\, May 28th from 9-10 am at the Hart Center in Fairfield Bay in conjunction with our Cupcakes and Characters Event for this same day. Each participant must provide 26 cupcakes to be judged. 24 of these cupcakes will be served to our guests and two will be shared with our judges. The winner of the cupcake wars will receive $50! This competition is open to all ages and there is no fee to enter. You will be judged on appearance\, taste and if you decorate your cupcakes to pair up with one of our characters you will receive extra points.  The characters will be Merida from Brave\, Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz\, The Grinch\, Cruella DeVille from 101 Dalmations\, Star wars\, Pocahontas\, Belle from Beauty and the Beast\, Spiderman\, Elsa from Frozen\, Cinderella\, and a surprise character TBA.  All proceeds from the event go to our local schools and non-profit organizations.  Cupcakes must be here no later than 9:00 am\, no exceptions\, in order to be judged. SUMMARY:Broadway on The Bay in Fairfield Bay
DESCRIPTION:Fairfield Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Broadway on the Bay\, Saturday\, June 11th\, 5:30 – 8:00 pm.  Join us in celebrating our businesses at Broadway in the Bay at the Lions Club Building\, 365 Dave Creek Parkway.  All 2021 Chamber members will be recognized. A special award presentation for our 2021 Business of the Year\, Employee of the Year\, Volunteer of the Year\, and Non-Profit Organization of the Year will be presented that night.  We will have a special photo opportunity for you so come dressed to impress!  It’s a red carpet event!  Your meal is being catered by Mulligans.  Your ticket price is $30.00 a person or $55 for a couple.  Your admission includes your meal\, beverages\, entertainment brought to by Our Towne Productions\, and a surprise keepsake.  Make your reservations by calling 501-884-3324 or emailing your reservation request to ffbdirector@gmail.com. Tickets can then be picked up at the Chamber during our regular business hours\, Tuesdays 9 – noon and Wednesday – Saturday 9 – 2. After April 14th the Chamber will be at our new location in the Towne Center\, 115 Village Place\, Suite D.
