Stone Bank is sponsoring a blood drive on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Arkansas Blood Institute’s mobile unit to be parked at the bank at 802 E. Main St. in Mountain View. The drive is being conducted to supply needed blood supplies to area health care providers.
The North Central Arkansas Artist League will have an art walk and chocolate sale on Saturday February 10 at the Fairfield Bay Lions Club from noon until 5:00. The Heart of the Bay Valentine's Dinner will be held on February 10th at 5:00pm. Tickets are $15. All proceeds to benefit Heart of the Bay Food pantry and families in need. The dinner is by reservation only and will be held at the Senior Community Center.
The Mayflower Police Department and Fire Department will be hosting a pancake supper with proceeds going to the family of Police Officer Dalton Elliot to help with funeral and medical expenses. Friday, February 23rd from 5pm to 8pm. Plates are $5 and will come with pancakes, sausage, bacon, juice and coffee.
