High pressure will build in for the weekend…with much colder temperatures expected. Highs will only be in the 30s for Saturday and Sunday and lows in the teens and 20s. These cold conditions will be in place across the region as Precipitation pushes towardsArkansasfrom the west during the early hours of Monday morning. Temperatures will likely be cold enough for the precipitation to be mainly snow. The forecast for Sunday night and Monday is very complex. Forecast adjustments are likely this weekend as more data is received and the scenario becomes clearer.
