Ozarka College’s Continuing Education Department will offer new computer classes beginning in March. Basic Computing, Beginning Webpage Design and Advanced Webpage Design will take place evenings from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Ozarka’s main campus in Melbourne.
Basic Computing is scheduled March 8 through March 22. This course will teach individuals with little or no computer knowledge a basic understanding of how computers work; and the skills necessary to navigate the Internet, manage e-mail, and create and manipulate basic documents and spreadsheets. Cost for this course is $50.00.
Beginning Webpage Design is scheduled March 10 through March 31, and Advance Webpage Design will follow from March 31 through April 21. These courses will offer the knowledge and skills to create basic webpages for setting up a webpage design business. Each course will cost $75.00.
