Candidates for the position of Mountain View Mayor will be featured in a public forum scheduled for Sept. 23 in the large building at the Stone County Fairgrounds.
Sponsored by the Stone County Leader and KFFB Radio, the forum will begin at 7 p.m.
There are seven mayoral candidates: Truman Bullard, Ronda Ivy, John Tyler Henderson, Daniel Martin, Carolyn Moody, Ron Sterling and Bob Turner. All have been invited to attend.
Participants will be asked to address several issues related to city government and, as time allows, additional questions may be presented by moderators.
