U.S. Senator Mark Pryor will be Conway and Fort Smith Thursday, January 17th to discuss energy development, infrastructure projects, and the 188th Fighter Wing.
On Thursday, January 17th at 11:45 a.m. CT, Pryor will join the Conway Chamber of Commerce for lunch and a discussion about Arkansas’s natural gas development. The meeting will be held at 900 Oak Street in Conway, Arkansas.
At 2:30 p.m. CT, Pryor will meet with the Conway Airport Advisory Committee to discuss funding for the airport’s infrastructure projects. During his time in the Senate, Pryor has secured over $14 million to help Conway build a replacement general aviation airport in the Lollie Bottoms area. The meeting will take place at Conway City Hall, 1201 Oak Street in Conway, Arkansas.
At 7:30 p.m. CT, Pryor will welcome Chief of Staff of the Air Force General Mark A. Welsh to Fort Smith with a reception at The Movie Lounge, located at 7601 Rogers Avenue. This is a photo only event. Please contact the 188th Air National Guard Public Affairs office for more information.
